Environmental Key-Note

We recognize that the protection of the terrestrial environment through the improvement and prevention of pollution is one of the most important subjects, and positively promote to the effective utilization of resources and develop the products contributing to the reduction of environmental loading.

Environmental Policies

  • Considering the influence of our activities, products and services on the environment, we observe the relevant law and regulation rules and other requirements agreed by our company, and make efforts to prevent and improve environmental pollutions continuously.
  • We establish the environmental goal and objective and revise them when necessary in order to implement environmental policies. We thoroughly notify these policies to our employees and the persons working on behalf of us and promote the realization of our environmental management system.

Green electricity generated
by 900 solar panels every dayWe started solar power generation in 2013. A total of 922 panels were installed at the site of the Nasu No. 1 Factory and employee dormitory, generating electricity every day as TODENKO's "energy factory."

Environmentally friendly
hybrid vehicles in our fleetWe have introduced four types of hybrid vehicles, each for specific use cases. Even in our sales activities, pickups and dropoffs, and other business situations, we are able to maintain environmental consciousness in our corporate activities.

100% LED lighting
at the Nasu Factory and head officeAll fluorescent and incandescent bulbs have been replaced with LED lighting, which reduces environmental impact. The Nasu Factory and the headquarters have been renovated in 2021 and 2023, respectively, to put them in energy-saving mode.
